The Federal Bureau of Investigation is satisfied by the recent activity and efforts shown in restructure of the San Andreas Fire & Medical Department. The FBI finds the Fire Department a crucial part of the Government Services in the state. It is necessary that all citizens have access to quality services that the Fire Department provides, from medical responses to technical and firefighting responses.

The FBI is willing to establish cooperation with the Fire Department on the field of medical aid. Considering that the FBI consists of a tactical team and an investigative team, both of whose members must be trained to provide basic life support in the necessary scenes, the FBI would like to send Trainee Agents and Cadets to the Fire Department for an educational course that teaches basic life support.

By such cooperation, the Trainee Agents and Cadets will gain knowledge and respect for the Fire Department and their duties and responsibilities in their respective field, whereas the Fire Department can use the opportunity to open basic life support courses for Law Enforcement Officers, not only from the FBI but also from the State Police of San Andreas.

The cooperation between FBI and medical operations unit of Fire & Medical Department is approved. We welcome FBI personnel to join us to be a part of EMS regular missions and regular training. This way, they'll be able to learn a lot about life saving tasks and constant feedback from our field officers.

They'll also go through our leadership assessments, which we've built to support each and every fire personnel in their individual development. Through this assessment, we can help them analyse their strengths and developmental needs to conduct emergency missions effectively.

There is a lot going on in the fire department. at this moment I offer you, and your Cadets & Trainees a system which not only develops emergency staff, but makes each and every individual turn out as a leader to lead the future of their respective unit or department.
